Work+life fit is about the possibilities that make sense for you and your job, based on your unique, ever-changing work and personal realities. Work+life fit is like snowflakes. No two are alike.

Work and life are already integrated. That’s today’s reality. The two spheres are one and the same. For some, the complete “integration” of work and life will be their desired fit. But, for others, integration is the problem. They need better boundaries. More separation. That’s the fit they manage within the reality of integration.
