In the Now and Next of Work, work is a what we do, not a place we go. The pre-pandemic bias of work as a where implied if we weren’t going to an office, we weren’t working. With millions of us remote working since the start of the pandemic, we know that’s not true. In fact, many remote workers report working harder and longer hours. Only by first looking at work as a what we do, can we truly answer what do we need to get done and how, where and when can we do it best.
