Clarify Expectations

It’s never been more important than in the Now and Next of work to clarify expectations and that both you and your manager understand what those expectations are. Expectations not just as an employee, but as a parent, caregiver or another demand in your personal life. Then you can determine priorities and how, when and where you will best tackle those. And part of that is coordinating with managers, team mates, and the people in your personal life.
